*25 out of 27 claims accepted under JKREGP for Self Employment- financial assistance at Doda*
Doda, September 26:
JK Khadi and Village Board Doda today conducted interview of 27 candidates who have applied for financial assistance under JKREGP.
The DDC Doda,Vishesh Paul Mahajan (JKAS) , who is also chairman of the District Task Force Committee conducted the interview along with other members of the Task Force Committee comprising of Dy Director Employment Doda, CPO Doda, Lead Bank Manager, Zonal Head J&K Bank, District Officer KVIB, Director RSETI Doda, and representatives of DIC and ITI Doda.
Among 52 candidates, 27 appeared in interview out of which 25 were declared qualified for financial assistance under the scheme and 02 cases were rejected.
The DDC said that the JKREGP is a flag ship programme of Government with an aim to generate sustainable employment for aspiring entrepreneurs. Besides, DDC directed the KVIB officials to ensure submission of Project reports of the candidates at the time interview for proper rectification.
Further, DDC directed the Industries department to share the general template project reports of major activities with the KVIB officials so that same shall be shared with the aspiring entrepreneurs, in addition to this directed the stakeholders to ensure wide publicity of all self employment schemes across the district on mission mode for cen percent saturation.
